• Flexible schedule including days, nights, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in training and coaching A+ talent to achieve results.
• Support the Performance Management process and accountability.
• Model Krystal core values and ensure customer service standards.
• Maintain food safety standards through direct supervision during shifts.
• Execute cash/security, inventory, labor and food control procedures.
