Job summary

Mo' Bettahs is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise Team Members and ensure smooth shift operations in the absence of the GM or MIT. You will support compliance with brand standards across product prep, service, maintenance and team management.

Responsibilities include guiding the team to deliver fast, accurate service and a positive customer experience while maintaining safety and cleanliness on shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shift Leads perform duties of Team Members with added leadership during the absence of the General Manager or Manager in Training (MIT).
• Assist with ensuring compliance with company standards in operations, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team management and other duties as required.
• Lead the team in delivering our customers the best experience with fast and accurate service.
