Job summary

Mo' Bettahs is seeking a Shift Lead to support smooth shift operations and lead the team in the absence of the General Manager or Manager in Training. You will help ensure compliance with company standards across food prep, delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and team management.

You will assist in delivering fast and accurate service to our customers, while maintaining a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in US.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift team in absence of GM or MIT and assume leadership role.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in operations including product preparation, delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and team management.
• Help deliver fast and accurate service to customers.
