Mo' Bettahs is seeking a Shift Lead to guide the team and maintain smooth shift operations. You will perform standard team member duties with added leadership responsibilities, ensuring compliance with brand standards and quality service.

In this role, you will support with product preparation, customer relations, restaurant upkeep and staff coordination. A positive attitude, reliability, and ability to lead by example are essential for delivering fast, accurate service across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in US
• Restaurant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with company standards across operations.
• Assist with product preparation and delivery.
• Support customer relations, restaurant maintenance, and staff coordination.
• Step in as leader in the absence of the GM or MIT
