Crumbl is hiring a Shift Lead to oversee daily bakery operations, supervise the crew, and provide outstanding customer service. You will help schedule shifts, monitor performance, coach staff, and ensure smooth cash handling and opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Open availability Monday–Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and support the team.
• Assist in creating shift schedules and supervising staff.
• Monitor performance and ensure efficient workflows.
• Coach and train new staff.
• Open and close registers and manage cash deposits.
• Handle customer concerns and assist with orders.
• Run the register and help customers as needed.
• Assist in preparing desserts and packaging treats.
