Crumbl is hiring Shift Leaders in Leesburg, FL. This position offers a clear path to growth within a fast-paced dessert-focused brand. You will lead from the front, train teammates, and ensure a friendly, efficient store experience for every guest.

We value reliability, a positive attitude, and strong communication. Pay ranges from $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience and availability, with a commitment to ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• 18+ with 1+ year of lead or supervisory experience (restaurant or retail).
• Available to close 2x per week OR work Saturday open/close.
• Comfortable on your feet for long shifts, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and can pass a background check.
• Positive attitude, strong communication, and a passion for great service.
