Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Shift Lead to support practice leadership, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality patient care and client service. This role partners with the Practice Manager to maximize productivity and uphold brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of veterinary hospital experience, be able to work weekends and evenings, and excel at educating clients about preventive care and hospital services.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of veterinary hospital experience.
• Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
• Experience delivering client education and service in a fast-paced environment.
