Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Shift Lead to support hospital leadership, supervise the team, and ensure high-quality veterinary care and client service. You will help schedule staff, educate clients on wellness plans, and maintain adherence to hospital policies and standards.

This role requires a minimum of two years in a veterinary hospital, comfort in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client and patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of veterinary hospital experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support hospital leadership to develop an efficient, productive team.
• Provide professional, efficient client service and educate about Optimum Wellness Plans and hospital services.
• Schedule associates to meet client needs and proactively plan CE scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to practice policies and grooming guidelines.
• Lead day-to-day operations when called upon to maximize productivity.
