Job summary

Smoothie King is hiring a Team Captain to lead shifts, guide Crew Members, and maintain daily store operations at our Georgetown location. You’ll drive guest service excellence, ensure product quality, and uphold health and safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months in guest service, leadership experience, and a passion for healthful nutrition. This role offers hourly pay with tips and a quarterly incentive bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of guest service experience in a restaurant or retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead team during shifts, set pace and standards.
• Conduct shift huddles to communicate goals.
• Ensure proper role assignment and adherence to standards.
• Coach and support Crew Members; monitor uniforms and daily tasks.
• Assist guests at the POS with upselling and handling transactions.
