Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking Shift Leads who serve as Team Captains, guiding Team Members when General Managers are not in the store and helping Guests select smoothies and retail products to support a healthy lifestyle.

You will lead by example in a fast-paced environment, ensure accurate cash handling and inventory reporting, and foster a friendly Guest experience focused on quality service.

Qualifications

• Guest service experience in a restaurant or retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Think on their feet at all times under pressure.
• Inform General Manager of problems or unusual matters of significance.
• Assist Team Members at the point of sale with upselling.
• Ensure deployment maps are used and staff understand stations.
• Support and adhere to company standards for operations and brand identity.
• Encourage team members to exceed goals and complete checklists.
• Fulfils cash handling and inventory reporting responsibilities.
