Job summary

Läderach is seeking a Part-Time Shift Lead to champion in-store experience and brand standards in Costa Mesa, CA. The role focuses on leading store tasks, training associates, and ensuring smooth sales floor operations during shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experience and support in-store team.
• Train and assist Store Associates to meet goals and product finishing projects.
• Lead in-store tasks during each shift and uphold brand standards.
• Ensure movement on the sales floor is efficient and merchandised correctly.
• Assist in following food safety and quality protocols.
• Help drive sales objectives and maintain store compliance and loss prevention.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss goals and improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.

Shift Lead

APart-Time Laderach Key Holder (Shift Lead) is a brand champion who is passionate about providing a wonderful overall in-store experience. The ideal Key Holder exudes strong leadership traits and aims to build a career in retail management.

What You Can Expect

• You will deliver outstanding customer experience, as well as a similar environment for the in-house team
• You will provide training and/or helping Store Associates to always ensure that production goals are met, including product-finishing projects
• You will lead various in-store tasks during each shift, exemplifying the store and brand standards
• You will ensure the movement on the sales floor is flowing effectively
• You will Help ensure product merchandising is done accurately
• You will help to lead the follow-through of all food safety protocols
• You will target sales objectives and help to achieve store compliance and loss prevention standards
• You will participate in team meetings to discuss goals, progress and topics in need of improvement
• You will participate in other role-related duties as assigned by the Store Manager

What We Expect From You

• You have at least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment, with increasing levels of responsibility
