Chestnut Land Company, the largest Auntie Anne’s Pretzels franchise partner, is seeking a Shift Lead / Key Holder at Tanger Outlets Daytona Beach. You will direct daily restaurant operations in the absence of the GM/ASM, ensuring top-quality food, guest service, cleanliness, and safety.

• Operational Leadership: Run shifts smoothly, open/close the store, and step in to lead operations when the GM or Assistant Manager is away.
• Team Management: Monitor employee breaks, manage scheduling, help prevent unnecessary overtime, and assist in training new team members.
• Daily Execution: Greet customers warmly, process orders accurately, and help the team prep, bake, and serve fresh pretzels.
