Chestnut Land Company in Simpsonville, KY is hiring a Shift Lead / Key Holder for Auntie Anne’s Pretzels at The Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass. You’ll direct daily operations and ensure food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and safety.

We offer competitive pay at $15.50 per hour plus average tips of $2–$3 per hour, with no late nights and opportunities to advance into management. Benefits include paid training, employee discounts, and more.

Job Summary:As a Shift Lead / Key Holder, you will direct day-to-day restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager. You will ensure the team maintains the highest standards of food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Run shifts smoothly, open/close the store, and step in to lead operations when the GM or Assistant Manager is away.
• Team Management: Monitor employee breaks, manage scheduling, help prevent unnecessary overtime, and assist in training new team members.
• Daily Execution: Greet customers warmly, process orders accurately, and help the team prep, bake, and serve fresh pretzels.

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
