Auntie Anne’s Shift Lead / Key Holder position at Chestnut Land Company in Tanger Outlets Daytona Beach offers an opportunity to supervise daily operations and lead a team in a fast-paced retail food environment. You will work to maintain high standards of food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and safety, while stepping in when the GM or Assistant Manager is away.

• Operational Leadership: Run shifts smoothly, open/close the store, and step in to lead operations when the GM or Assistant Manager is away.
• Team Management: Monitor employee breaks, manage scheduling, help prevent unnecessary overtime, and assist in training new team members.
• Daily Execution: Greet customers warmly, process orders accurately, and help the team prep, bake, and serve fresh pretzels.

Location: Tanger Outlets Daytona Beach

Pay: $16.00/hr + tips (Tips average an additional $2–$3/hour!)

Job Summary

As a Shift Lead / Key Holder, you will direct day-to-day restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager. You will ensure the team maintains the highest standards of food quality, guest service, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
