Chestnut Land Company, the largest domestic Auntie Anne's franchise partner, is hiring a Crew member at Auntie Anne’s - Tanger Outlets Grand Rapids in Byron Center, MI. You will prep, bake and serve pretzels, while delivering a high quality guest experience with a collaborative team.

Starting pay is $13.75/hour plus tips, mall hours, paid training, and potential eligibility for benefits. This is a great place to start a career, grow professionally, and be recognized for your efforts.

Job Summary:

Crew members are to strive to deliver a high quality experience on behalf of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels, by prepping, making and serving all of their products in an appropriate fashion while working together with other staff on other tasks.
