Job summary

Blue Origin seeks an experienced technician/foreman to support the design, build, integration, and sustainment of ground systems and I&C infrastructure for launch operations. You will lead technicians, ensure adherence to procedures, and coach team members to improve safety, quality and efficiency.

The role requires hands-on experience with aerospace/industrial systems, strong reading of technical documents, and willingness to work nonstandard hours and travel to other Blue Origin sites as

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in mission/flight operations, launch/test operations, aerospace/industrial systems, or similar.
• 1+ year of frontline leadership directing technicians or operators.
• Experience with complex or hazardous systems (e.g., cryogenic, pneumatic, hydraulic, high pressure, high voltage, propellants).

Responsibilities

• Lead technicians in day-to-day activities with focus on safety, quality and schedule.
• Plan, assign, and monitor work, including shift coverage and overtime.
• Ensure work follows procedures, drawings and safety requirements.
• Provide hands-on technical support for integration, checkout and test of ground systems.
