Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Weston, Wisconsin is seeking a Shift Leader to guide store operations in partnership with the General Manager. You will ensure the team understands goals, expectations, products, cleanliness, and guest connections during the shift.

You will coach and train team members, manage daily tasks, support inventory and bank deposits, and maintain the store's look and guest focus to Make Fun Happen.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required, or properly trained and approved by Caribou Coffee to take responsibility as a Shift Leader.
• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Sees the needs of the team and guest and addresses situations before they become problematic.
