Colonial Group seeks a seasoned shift supervisor for its injection molding operations. You will oversee productive, safe, and quality-driven production, manage mold set-ups, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure timely reporting and communication across the team.

The role emphasizes leadership over shift personnel, adherence to safety standards, and maintaining efficient production with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of processing injection molding experience.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or lead experience; knowledge of safety specifications.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and evaluate molding process to meet quality and production standards.
• Manage mold setup, changes, manpower, and material efficiency on the production floor.
• Direct and perform maintenance on equipment and coordinate with Maintenance Staff.
