Job summary

Cambro Manufacturing Company is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee the packing and injection-molding area in the United States. You will lead a team, drive safety, quality, and productivity while applying M.O.S.

guidelines to daily operations and scheduling. You will manage ERP transactions, time studies, and labor/machine scheduling, provide performance feedback, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; and three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Leadership experience and knowledge to back up the Shift Manager.
• Working knowledge with a manufacturing operating ERP system, Prism, Intermec, and/or AS400.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
• Ability to communicate well in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise injection molding, secondary equipment, and packaging operations to meet schedule.
• Manage ERP transactions, MOS documents, time studies, and labor/machine scheduling.
• Provide performance appraisals and constructive feedback to employees.
• Track KPIs, communicate variance action plans, and drive productivity and safety.
