Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an injection molding manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Two (2) years of trade school, or Associate Degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise Production shift, communicate production priorities and challenges.
• Propose and participate actively in continuous improvement activities.
• Promote performance improvement on the floor.
• Coordinate temporary labor and training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health/safety and other applicable procedures.
