Job summary

Activate Games is seeking a full-time Lead on Shift at our Paradise Valley (Scottsdale) store located at 4848 Cactus Rd. Unit 900, Scottsdale, AZ 85254.

You will guide customers and coach Game Facilitators to deliver exceptional in-store experiences, while keeping the team synced, motivated, and ready for the next challenge. As the first point of contact for escalations and technical issues, you’ll ensure every room is operational and aligned with Activate programs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a similar customer-facing role.
• Experience supervising a team of 10+ is a plus.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and emails and manage bookings.
• Assist customers at check-in, create invoices, accept payments.
• Resolve complaints and escalate to Store Leader.
• Communicate status of the facility and rooms to the team and customers.
• Ensure Activate Programs are applied per standards.
