Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to understand store expectations, sales plans, and profitability.
• Conduct water analysis and mechanical repairs.
• Increase commercial and residential sales and customer counts.
• Ensure the team follows all safety protocols.
• Identify and recruit new talent to join the team.
• Maintain a clean, well-merchandised, welcoming environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Open and close the store, including daily bank deposits.
