Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience leading a team is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Able to complete required training within two months.
• Experience in retail, or as a Lead with documented training completion.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication and computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to learn store operations and budgeting.
• Conduct water analysis and mechanical repairs.
• Increase commercial and residential sales and customer counts.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Identify and recruit new talent for the team.
• Maintain a clean, merchandised, welcoming environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Open and close store duties, including bank deposits.
