Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience leading a team preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Retail experience or lead experience with testing modules considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to learn store operations, sales plans, and expenses (P&L).
• Conduct water analysis and mechanical repairs.
• Increase commercial and residential sales and customer counts.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed by the team.
• Identify and recruit new talent to join the team.
• Maintain a clean, well merchandised, and welcoming environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Open and close the store; may include delivering the daily bank deposit.
