Chuze Fitness in Loveland, CO is seeking a Lead 1 to support a vibrant team and uphold hospitality standards. You’ll help guests with memberships, tours, and program information while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment.

With 32–40 hours per week and pay ranging from $18.96 to $21.10 per hour, you’ll contribute to daily operations, assist with front desk tasks, and support Kids Club activities as needed. This role emphasizes teamwork and guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service.
• Experience running shifts or leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming experience for every member and guest by sharing information about memberships, programs, amenities, equipment, and tours.
• Ensure the club looks its best by completing daily cleaning tasks and maintaining a clean space.
• Support front desk operations with memberships, retail sales, member check-ins, and phone inquiries.
• Resolve member questions related to accounts, billing, and services, with leadership support as needed.
• Prepare and serve smoothies (at clubs with Chuze Blends).
• Support operational best practices, policies, and training standards for teammates.

Your New Role

Pay Range: $18.96 - $21.10 / hour; based on experience.

Hours: 32-40

Responsibilities:

As a Chuze Fitness Lead 1, you will play a pivotal role in supporting your team by ensuring a vibrant, professional, and efficient work environment. You will set the standard for hospitality in every aspect of our operations, with a strong focus on enhancing the member experience.

• Provide a welcoming experience for every Chuze member and guest by sharing information about memberships, fitness programs, amenities, equipment, and engaging club tours
• Ensure the club looks its best by completing and coordinating daily cleaning tasks to maintain an exceptionally clean and inviting space for members
• Support front desk operations by assisting with memberships, retail sales, member check-ins, and phone inquiries
• Resolve member questions related to accounts, billing, and club services, partnering with leadership when additional support is needed
• Prepare and serve smoothies (at clubs with Chuze Blends)
• Support fellow Chuzers on operational best practices, policies, and training standards
• Help keep the club running smoothly by supporting daily operations, opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and administrative responsibilities
• Support a seamless member experience by upholding Kids Club standards and assisting with Kids Club operations as needed, fostering collaboration and ensuring exceptional service for families

Your Skills:

Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• Previous experience running shifts or leading a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed

Preferences:

• Bilingual

Physical Abilities:

• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive arm and hand movements
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to operate a telephone, computer, and other standard office equipment
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and heavier loads with assistance when needed
