Job summary

Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC is seeking a capable restaurant supervisor in Torrance to manage service flow and lead a team of hourly members. You will ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed while supporting operational tasks and candidate interviews.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of leadership experience, possess food safety certification, and demonstrate strong problem solving and communication skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction
• Strong problem solving skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
