Qualifications

• Leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or customer service is a plus.
• Experience training or mentoring others is beneficial.
• Demonstrated reliability and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations by setting the standard for hospitality, food quality, and execution.
• Coach and develop Team Members through real‑time feedback and encouragement.
• Help train and onboard new Team Members.
• Maintain high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
• Identify and solve operational challenges with urgency.
• Support Directors by executing daily goals and improving team performance.
• Build positive relationships with guests and team members.
