ModWash Car Wash is looking for energetic team members to deliver outstanding customer service and actively sell membership plans. You will greet guests, present packages, and guide them through options while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

The role includes opening/closing duties, team collaboration, and helping achieve daily sales targets. Ideal candidates are outgoing, personable, and able to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll work as a team to drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience to help grow the ModWash brand. You’ll educate them on the value and savings of becoming a member and help them select the best package to suit their needs.What you’ll do:Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.Execute opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled.
