ModWash is seeking a Key Holder to manage daily operations at a ModWash location, including opening and closing duties. You will drive membership sales while ensuring every guest has an outstanding experience and help the brand grow.

You’ll educate customers on membership value and assist them in choosing the best package to fit their needs. The role emphasizes delivering mind-blowing service, guiding guests through packages, and collaborating with the team to hit sales goals.

You’ll work as a team to drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience to help grow the ModWash brand. You’ll educate them on the value and savings of becoming a member and help them select the best package to suit their needs.What you’ll do:Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.Execute opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled.
