Job summary

ModWash is seeking a Key Holder to oversee daily operations at a location, driving membership sales and delivering a legendary car wash experience. You will educate guests on unlimited wash memberships and guide them to the best package for their needs.

Responsibilities include opening/closing duties, maintaining on-site standards, supervising staff, and ensuring an outstanding guest experience while collaborating with the team to meet sales goals.

You’ll work as a team to drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience to help grow the ModWash brand. You’ll educate them on the value and savings of becoming a member and help them select the best package to suit their needs.What you’ll do:Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.Execute opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled.
