ModWash is seeking a proactive Key Holder to manage daily operations at our Pittsburgh location. You will drive membership sales, greet customers, and ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience while promoting unlimited wash packages.

You’ll guide guests through options, support team operations, and uphold site standards. The role requires energy, reliability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

You’ll work as a team to drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience to help grow the ModWash brand. You’ll educate them on the value and savings of becoming a member and help them select the best package to suit their needs.What you’ll do:Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.Execute opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled.
