Job summary

ModWash is hiring a Key Holder to run daily site operations, including opening and closing duties, while driving membership sales and ensuring an outstanding guest experience. You will train and guide teammates, maintain equipment, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

This role emphasizes energetic customer interactions and teamwork to grow the ModWash brand. Ideal candidates bring strong customer service and sales experience, exceptional communication, and the ability to work flexible

You’ll work as a team to drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience to help grow the ModWash brand. You’ll educate them on the value and savings of becoming a member and help them select the best package to suit their needs.What you’ll do:Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.Execute opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled.
