Reporting to the General Manager, you will organize schedules, monitor attendance, train staff, and resolve member issues while driving service excellence and ensuring cleanliness and PCI standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Organize shift schedules for team members.
• Monitor attendance, tardiness, and time off.

• Handle customer issues and manage conflicts.
• Uphold health, safety and employment standards.
• Execute retail transactions and drive sales in compliance with PCI policy.
• Maintain club cleanliness and maintenance.
