Job summary

Domino’s is hiring a Shift Lead to guide daily store operations, lead the team on shift, and ensure high standards. You’ll assist customers, prepare pizzas, and manage tasks to keep the store running smoothly in a hands-on leadership role.

Previous management experience is helpful; training is available. Starting pay is $12.25 per hour with opportunities for advancement and increased responsibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership roles preferred.
• Willing to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and set the pace for the team.
• Direct team members and keep shift priorities on track.
• Assist customers at front counter and pickup window.
• Handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
• Take and process orders accurately.
• Prepare pizzas and menu items to Domino’s standards.
• Monitor food quality, order accuracy, and service speed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store.
• Delegate tasks and follow up on assignments.
• Coach and train new team members.
