Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred in fast-paced teams.
• 1–2 years in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Basic math and comfortable with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn’t on site.
• Work in cashier, grill, prep, fries, and dining room as needed.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and guest experiences.
• Coach and motivate crew members to perform at their best.
• Help train new team members and build a positive culture.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and aligned with brand standards.
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports.
