Qualifications

• 1–2 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience (leadership preferred).
• Strong team-first mindset with good communication skills.
• Leads by doing, not just directing.
• Maintains composure and makes quick decisions in fast-paced settings.
• Comfort with basic math and using POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and run operations when management isn’t on site.
• Fill in at cashier, grill, prep, fries, and dining room as needed.
• Deliver fast, accurate service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach and motivate crew to perform at their best.
• Help train new team members and build a positive culture.
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and up to brand standards.
• Manage shift tasks like breaks, cash handling, and closing reports.
