Job summary

First Meridian Services, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to support restaurant managers in daily operations and to help set the tone for guest experiences. You will ensure quality and consistent service on the scheduled shift and may cross-train across positions.

This role requires flexibility for 2 AM–10 PM shifts, including weekends, in an airport environment. You will lead by example, mentor teammates, and maintain proper cash handling and daily administration while upholding safety and

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years’ restaurant experience.
• ServSafe Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and be courteous, friendly, and prompt.
• Assist in achieving location goals as directed by the General Manager.
• Support shifts to ensure timely production, service times, and flow.
• Maintain morale and a professional, positive atmosphere.
• Communicate with management and staff using the 7Shifts Log.
• Keep the restaurant organized, stocked, cleaned, and sanitized.
• Assist in training team members on station processes.
• Ensure brand standards are met on each shift.
