Job summary

First Meridian Services, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to support restaurant managers in daily operations at the Denver airport location. You will help set the tone, ensure memorable guest experiences, resolve issues, and cross-train across stations.

The role requires availability on any 8-hour shift from 2 AM to 10 PM, including weekends. Starting pay is $23 per hour plus tips, with benefits after set periods; candidates must maintain standards, communicate effectively, and uphold food safety

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years restaurant experience.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and be courteous, friendly, and prompt.
• Assist in achieving location goals set by the General Manager.
• Support shifts to ensure timely production and service flow.
• Maintain morale and a professional atmosphere.
• Communicate with management and staff via the 7Shifts Log.
• Keep the restaurant organized, stocked, cleaned, and sanitized.
• Assist in training team members on station procedures.
• Support adherence to brand standards.
• Follow cash handling procedures and report discrepancies.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork as needed.
• Respond to customer concerns professionally.
• Support new programs and policies each shift.
• Assist in inventory under GM direction and place orders.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
