Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and deliver an outstanding guest experience in a high-volume setting.

You will ensure food safety and service standards, monitor labor and efficiency, and support hiring, training, and loyalty programs to foster a positive, energetic team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety and alcohol service certifications, where required by state or local law.
• Previous restaurant leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
