Job summary

Workstream is seeking a Shift Lead to help run daily restaurant operations, coach Team Members, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will ensure food safety and alcohol service standards, monitor labor and efficiency, and support hiring, training, and retention in a high-volume, full-service environment. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age to serve alcohol as required by state or local law.
• Must obtain and maintain all required food safety and alcohol service certifications, where required by state or local law.
• Previous restaurant leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
