The role requires efficient, energetic leadership, steady communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant or retail experience is preferred, with a focus on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or retail is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean equipment and work areas to Nekter standards.
• Stock supplies and maintain front areas, restrooms, and related spaces.
• Serve Nekter products to specifications and follow safety guidelines.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions per policy.
• Supervise 3–7 teammates and support the manager on duty.
