Why This Job Is Different

We’re opening a brand new Nekter Juice Bar in Fort Worth (Alliance) and looking for an Assistant Manager who wants to grow with the business.
This role is hands-on and fast-paced. You’ll work closely with the General Manager, help lead the team, and learn everything needed to run a store. This position is designed for someone who wants to step into a General Manager role as we expand.

What You’ll Do

• Lead shifts and support daily operations
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and training
• Assist with scheduling and payroll accuracy
• Jump in on prep, juicing, register, and cleaning
• Support inventory, prep planning, and food safety
• Coach team members and help build a strong culture
• Step in for the GM when needed
