Job summary

Nekter Juice Bar is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver an energizing guest experience and manage shift operations. You will supervise a small team and help drive sales performance while upholding Nekter brand standards.

The role involves operating the cash register, handling transactions, stocking supplies, and ensuring cleanliness and safety across the front of house and dining areas.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in the restaurant or retail industry preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Food Handler card provided prior to employment.
• Extended periods of standing (4-8 hours).
• Reaching, bending, and lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the ultimate guest experience and oversee shift operations.
• Assist with cash register transactions and sales promotions.
• Stock supplies and maintain clean work areas.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed and products are served to specifications.
