Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or food service.
• Ability to follow policies for alcohol/tobacco sales.
• Legally eligible to work and meet state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare shakes, sundaes, cups/cones and fountain items.
• Operate POS and gas console, process transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves and freezers, maintain presentation and rotation.
• Ensure store cleanliness and safety, monitor equipment temps.
• Complete time records and Guest First documentation.
• Assist management with other tasks as assigned.
• Communicate clearly in English with customers.
