Carrols is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator for Burger King locations in Kentucky. You will lead a team during shifts to ensure fast, friendly service, maintain cleanliness and safety, and uphold brand standards.

You will coach crew members, manage daily shifts, and support store profitability through inventory awareness and cash controls. The role emphasizes leadership development, reliable performance, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Restaurant, retail, or fast-paced environment experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• People‑first attitude with strong communication.
• Able to motivate others and solve problems during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members during assigned shifts to ensure food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety.
• Coach and motivate crew, provide feedback, and keep everyone energized throughout the shift.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan, upholding BK standards, directing workflow, and stepping in where needed.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures, helping manage inventory, and receiving truck orders.
