Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead a fast-paced team on assigned shifts. You’ll ensure food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety while coaching teammates and solving problems on the fly.

Under RGM and AM supervision, you’ll own shift execution, drive guest satisfaction, and maintain BK standards. This entry-level leadership role offers growth and hands-on leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
