Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead the team during shifts, ensure quality, speed, cleanliness, and safety, and coach staff to achieve goals.

As an entry-level leadership role in a fast-paced environment, you’ll work under supervision to drive guest satisfaction, manage operations, and support profitability while building leadership skills and career growth within Burger King.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in fast-paced environments like restaurants or retail
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems during busy shifts

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment
• Coach and motivate the crew with feedback and development across each shift
• Lead shift operations by executing the plan and directing workflow while upholding BK standards
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures and helping manage inventory and truck orders
