Job summary

LucWork, a Taco Bell franchisee, seeks a Shift Lead to drive daily operations with energy and a focus on guest satisfaction. You will lead team members, resolve customer concerns, and partner with the management team to meet Taco Bell's standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coaching teammates, ensuring food safety and quality, handling cash procedures, inventory and labor, and providing feedback to the GM.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic Math skills.
• Ability to move up to 45 lbs.
• Access to dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet Taco Bell standards.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach and guide team to success; partner with management on initiatives.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management: cash control, inventory, and labor.
• Oversee proper food preparation, rotation, and holding times; ensure safety and quality.
• Provide feedback to the GM on team performance and training needs.
