Job summary

LucWork, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a Shift Lead to guide our team with energy and purpose. You will take charge during shifts, resolve guest concerns, and ensure our standards for food quality and service are met. Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs and perform demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing the MIC (Manager in Charge) routine and prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Coach and train Team Members and participate in training.
