Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group, a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader to run great shifts, own problem-solving, and guide team members. You will support the RGM and ensure smooth, efficient operations on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help from others when appropriate; and be willing to provide help and guidance to others.
• Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
• Maintain proper guest service and operational standards during all shifts.
